Bruce Griffiths provided this circuit: Single Oven OCXO Temperature Compensation

I used a LT1208 OPAMP but in real life I would use a device with better specs.

The Fury ground offset has almost no effect on the OCXO_EFC, as would be expected.

With this circuit, R9 should be set to "0" in order to get closest to -5V. I will investigate further.

The waveforms are produced by varying {VRES} from 0 to 1, in ".01" steps.
